Everything sold on YumYum Recipes Hub is a digital product — recipe ebooks and downloadable recipe files. There is nothing to ship back, and access is delivered immediately after purchase.
All sales are final
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed purchases.
When we will make it right
We will issue a full refund if:
- your download link never worked and we could not fix it for you;
- you were charged more than once for the same item;
- the file you received was corrupted, incomplete, or not the product described.
Email contact@yumyumrecipeshub.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply to every message, and most download issues are solved the same day.
EU and UK customers
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins — by completing checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is waived at that point. This does not affect your statutory rights where the product itself is faulty or not as described.
